200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
The 200-hour yoga teacher training program (RYT200) provides a solid foundation in the knowledge of traditional Hatha Yoga. During the 5-week course, the physical and energetic effects of the practice are carefully studied, and a deep understanding of its spiritual aspects comes. Upon completion of the program, future teachers are provided with certificates registered in the Yoga Alliance (Yoga Alliance).
The uniquely balanced program contains a comprehensive study of subtle energy (chakras, indriyas, energy polarity, five bodies, the law of resonance) and physical (body positions, anatomy, and physiology) aspects of Hatha yoga practice, as well as methods of class management, correction, assistance, and ethics teaching yoga.
Our school teaches the traditional meditative style when asanas are held for a long time, focusing on the corresponding energy flows and centers (chakras). Students explore the philosophy of yoga, master the techniques of pranayama and meditations.
The 200-hour program is based on principles and techniques collected from various styles and styles of yoga, including:
- • Hatha Yoga

- • Tantra Yoga
- • Kriya Yoga
- • Raja Yoga
- • Karma Yoga

EXAM AND CERTIFICATION
At the final stage of the program, each student under the guidance of teachers independently conducts several theoretical and practical classes followed by discussions in which all those present, including the student himself and the teacher taking the exam, share their impressions and feedback. Certification of students is based on the correct attendance of classes, understanding of the material and teachers, passing the written (theoretical) and practical examinations.
